Returns and orders cancellation
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the brand new product, unweared, unused and undamaged, can be returned with the original invoice or receipt for a size change or refund within 14 days from receipt of the product.
Returns must be authorized by the manufacturer. Please send a return request to web@rossolatino.com with the item code and the action to be taken, change of size or refund.
Once the return request has been received, Rosso Latino will send the Customer a confirmation with the authorization to return the product. Please send the parcel to Cipolletti Srl – via Lungo Tenna, 1765 – 63811 Sant’Elpidio a Mare FM Italy.
Rosso Latino reserves the right to reject the return of those products which are not compliant with the requirements above.
The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning products, unless otherwise specified. Any cost paid by Customer for the return of the goods will be not refunded. Refunds will be issued by bank transfer after receipt and examination of the returned product. An email will be send to notify the Customer once the refund has been issued.
Customized orders are non-returnable and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
If the Customer needs to change or cancel the confirmed order, please send an email to web@rossolatino.com within 24h from confirming the order.
Customized orders
Customized order are those orders for products that are not on our web catalogue or that are on our web catalogue but with different colors/materials combinations. Customized shoes are also considered those shoes that have a customized fit and are made according to customer’s measurements and not according to standard measurements.
Payment and Shipping
Payments both for domestic and international sales, are to be made by bank transfer.
Orders will be processed after receipt of payment.
If the requested product is in stock, orders will be processed within 48h from receipt of payment. Otherwise orders will be processed and shipped within 20 business days approximately from receipt of payment.
